Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Effective Date: (March 13, 2026)

At M-Clip, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing and shipping practices. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Times

  • We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Standard orders (non-personalized): Processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.
  • Engraved or personalized orders: Processed and shipped within 2-4 business days due to customization.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include transit/shipping time from the carrier.

We aim to ship most orders quickly, but high-volume periods, supply issues, or unforeseen events may cause slight delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times (U.S. Domestic)

We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing (typical for continental U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional cost).
  • Transit times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, or peak seasons may affect delivery. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method (or use flat rates if preferred).
  • International orders: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and not included in our shipping charges.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

  • Estimated transit: 7-21+ business days depending on destination and method.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees are not included and are payable upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or seized packages.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Track your package directly via the carrier's site or contact us for assistance at m-clip.com or (912) 335-4484

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at m-clip.com or (912) 335-4484 with your order number.
  • For lost packages: We work with the carrier to investigate (most carriers offer insurance up to a limit).
  • Damaged items: Report within 7 days of receipt with photos for resolution (see our Return Policy for details).

7. Changes or Cancellations

Once processed/shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.
